Practices
Yin .
Sleepy bed time sequence, wind down and calm the mind before you sleep, giving the body some very gentle movement to encourage a more restful sleep.

A bolster or pillow is needed.
Vinyasa Flow .
A morning flow, juicy, delicate and energetic enough to gently wake your body and mind, ready for the day ahead.
Pranayama .
Nadi Shodhana // alternate nostril breathing

Resetting the nervous system with this gentle breathing technique, it can be used to calm or activate each side of the brain and restore balance to the body.
Strong Vinyasa .
A more challenging sequence, for those who want to discover some deeper back bends, helping to open the heart space.
