  • Vinyasa flow connects asana with breath, building a sequence to stabilise your focus and bring determination

  • Yin will allow you to melt into the moment while gently strengthening and releasing different parts of the body

  • Pranayama is sanskrit for breathwork, you’ll be able to explore different ways of using breath to create heat and energy, or to calm the nervous system

  • Meditation can allow us to feel grounded, safe, and to become present in the moment, it helps to increase our mental capacity

  • Mudras are encorporated into some meditation, breathwork and asana’s for their spiritual ritual and to focus the mind

  • Chanting may be offered in practice, giving us a chance to rest peacefully in the vibrations and feel a new shift in energy

Sleepy bed time sequence, wind down and calm the mind before you sleep, giving the body some very gentle movement to encourage a more restful sleep.
