Intro.

Hello lovely souls, I’m Fran, a Certified Yoga Teacher living in Naarm, on the unceded land of the Wurundjeri Woiwurrung people.

My yoga journey spans over a decade, commencing when I stumbled upon a cosy Bikram Yoga studio during my university years. Motivated to enhance my practice, I cultivated a daily routine and found joy in the repetition, achieving stronger asanas the more I showed up.

Yoga and meditation have followed me through many a challenging time, always offering a warm embrace and providing a safe space for retreat without expectation. After an incredibly brutal few months of struggling with ill health and redundancy, I proudly completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at the end of November 2023. Forever grateful for my teachers — feebs and iest, such kind and supportive souls. YTT was a transformative experience, it fills me with gratitude and enthusiasm to share the profound benefits of yoga with others. Throughout the years, my practice has evolved into a slower and nourishing blend of Vinyasa and Yin, sprinkled with my own mix of rituals, pranayama, and meditation.

Embarking on my teaching journey, I am eager to continue learning and sharing knowledge. I create thoughtful, inclusive classes where everyone feels welcome and safe to explore their inner selves with gentle curiosity.

I am currently available for in-person teaching in Melbourne for both corporate yoga and studio classes.

I am happy to contribute my time to community organisations, for free or donation based classes. If you are seeking someone for such initiatives, please reach out — I would be delighted to be a part of it.
